Dodge Challenger SRT Introduces New Heritage-inspired Options

The Challenger offers incredible trim levels, powertrain options, and packages that appeal to every kind of driver! Now Dodge is offering a package inspired by the Challenger's heritage for further customization and to flaunt the legendary Dodge performance attitude. Introducing the Shakedown Package! The 1971 Dodge Shakedown Challenger debuted at the 2016 SEMA show was the inspiration behind the Shakedown Package. This package is available on the Challenger R/T Shaker, R/T Plus Shaker and 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker models.

What does the Shakedown package add to these Challenger models?

Dodge has a long history of utilizing unique graphics and high-impact colors to make a custom statement with their vehicles. In addition to the performance attitude, the Shakedown package adds asymmetrical and unique black racing exterior stripes that extend from Shaker hood scoop, over the roof, to the rear decklid. This package also adds white face gauges on the instrument cluster and a new Alpine audio system. Inside the R/T Shaker the audio system comes with a 275-watt amplifier and six premium speakers. Inside the R/T Shaker Plus and 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker there is a 506-watt amplifier and a total of nine premium speakers. The Shakedown package also adds the option of two iconic exterior colors Plum Crazy and B5 Blue which debuted back in 1970 and 1969 respectively. These colors are sure to bring back great memories!
